SOUNDS.LIVE Terms

1. Overview

SOUNDS.LIVE is an invite-only service that lets members upload audio or video and share it privately using secret links. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must have an invite to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping access credentials private.
• We may suspend or ban accounts for abuse, policy violations, or risk to the service.

3. Your Content

• You keep ownership of what you upload.
• You must have the rights to upload and share the content.
• You agree not to upload illegal content, malware, or content that violates others’ rights.

4. Sharing Links and Destruction Links

• Secret share links are designed to be hard to guess, but anyone with the link can access the content.
• Destruction links permanently revoke access and remove the uploaded file where technically possible.

5. Prohibited Use

• No scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass access controls.
• No uploading of copyrighted material without permission.
• No harassment, threats, or content intended to harm others.

6. Service Availability

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time, including during beta.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You can stop using the service at any time. Where appropriate, we may retain limited logs to protect the platform and comply with legal obligations.
