Privacy and Data Requests
1. What we collect
- Account data: username and authentication data.
- Uploads: audio/video you upload and basic metadata (title, type, timestamps).
- Security and abuse prevention: limited session telemetry; IP addresses are anonymized by default.
2. Why we collect it
- To provide the service (hosting, streaming, private sharing links).
- To secure the platform (fraud/abuse prevention, reliability).
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
3. Your EU rights (GDPR)
You may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability of your personal data. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
4. Request access or deletion
We’ll ask you to verify ownership of the account before fulfilling access or deletion requests.

5. Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, keep it secure, and meet legal requirements. You can request deletion (above). Some minimal records may be retained for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
6. International transfers and processors
We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, CDN). Details will be added as the beta matures and we standardize providers.
